Audio dropouts when switching scenes (same VST effects are being used in both scenes)

Hi all! I have two scenes, A and B. I created audio source in scene A (including filter -> VST effects) and I have copy pasted (paste reference) this audio source into the scene B (conveniently copy pasting same VST plugin settings). Audio in both scenes runs fine, but when I switch scenes, there is an about 50ms long dropout which is making recording or stream unusabe. Is it normal for switching scenes to create dropouts or does it only occur with VST plugins? Is there any workaround? Thanks
