Audio drop with Dante Via

Been having a puzzling problem with our audio. Audio will randomly drop (using dante via from a Allen & Heath SQ6). The "workaround" we've discovered is simply opening the audio preferences, selecting another audio source and then immediately selecting the dante source again. This immediately fixes the issue and audio is restored. We do not need to restart OBS or Dante Via, simply selecting another audio source and then reselecting Dante solves the problem. Any thoughts on to the root cause? While it's an easy fix, it's annoying to have the audio drop and then have to utilize this workaround, even if it's only for a few seconds. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting, thanks for the short video. I have Dante audio running into my setup with OBS but we aren't using Dante via. We're using Dante Virtual Sound Card. You can get an ASIO plugin for OBS that allows for fast reliable audio transfer from DVS to OBS. So that's an option you might consider trying as long as nothing else on your OBS computer besides OBS needs Dante via. In the mean time would you mind sending over a log file so I can see what your audio configuration is looking like? One extra thing is you might consider is installing the OBS ASIO plugin if you don't have it already and try using it instead of the audio input source that you're using currently in OBS.
