Audio Doubling Up - Why, How To Fix?

I'm starting to make reaction vids for YouTube. Everything has come out perfectly, except for the audio, which is doubling up with a delay.

The sources I'm using are:

Window Capture
Media Source
Video Capture Device (Camera)
Audio Output Capture

What am I doing wrong? I've gone through the Audio settings, and I can't figure it out.
