Audio does not show up in recordings or streams?

Hello, I recently came across an issue where I can perfectly hear the audio that my Elgato HD60S is outputting, but when I record or stream anything with my capture card, no audio is actually outputted.
I have my capture card set as a video capture device, making use of Game Capture HD60 S. The audio monitoring is set to Monitor and Output, and the audio tracks for the capture card match with the audio tracks I have set in audio settings for both streaming and recording output.
I'm not entirely sure how else I can further diagnose this.

Attached is a log file I generated after attempting to record a few times.

Not my area of expertise (so hopefully others will comment), BUT plenty of comments over the years in these threads that various video playback apps don't always play well with various Track settings.
If you Recording only to Track 6, ?? don't assume that a given player (VLC, video editor, etc) will recognize that Track...
If you don't find anything more quickly, I'd recommend doing a simple default Recording (including Video format) and Audio Track 1 and see if that works as expected. That should help isolate the issue.
And in general, just because a video doesn't work in a given video software player/editor, don't assume it is OBS Studio's fault (maybe, maybe not)

It's weird, usually the audio tracks would work just fine, but when the audio suddenly stopped working, I tested every single track individually to see if I could get it to work again.

I tried again just now, and apparently track 1 works fine now? Either that or I'm misremembering completely lol

Anyway, thanks for the help! That fixed my issue.
