audio does not seem to want to be streamed or recorded

for some odd reason the audio from the ps3 does NOT want to be either streamed or recorded when playing a game on the ps3 especially for one particular game the other discs do not seem to have this issue so why is this occurring and what is able to be done to solve this issue as it makes a buzzing sound but then cuts the audio out
