Question / Help Audio distorted / scratched

Hello,

first ... sorry for my bad english, this isn't my language.

I'm here to call advice.
My Problem is strange and i hope you can help me to solve it.

I'm using the Behringer UMC1820 as my Audiointerface.
For the local testing i recorded my Cam and the line-in from the Audiointerface.

In OBS Studio all looks fine, also the bar of the recorded Audiostream from my Soundcard/Interface.
But when ich hear the local record, the Sound is like scratched, distorted, it's sounds like damaged.
In other programs, all is fine. The Audio has a good quality, but not in OBS Studio.

I tried also the old Version of OBS. There is nothing. No Sound, only a message like: "Unknown speaker setup, no downmixer available".I don't know whether it is relevant for OBS Studio.

When i look into the logs, so it looks like fine for me.
In Windows and OBS i tried changing Samplerate to 44100 and 48000. No effect. The problem is still there.

Have u any Idea, where the problem is and how to solve it?
Many thanks in advance.

P.s. I've added a log and a example

I had a look at the sample video and it's a little bit too short to be honestly able to tell anything. I opened the audio in Audacity and noticed that the level on it is very very low so I just wanted to check that you have the level in Windows set to something sensible as this will impact what OBS consumes.

The other thing we always recommend is installing the Apple codecs which give better quality, I'm not sure whether that would have an impact but it's an easy thing for you to try, check here for how to do that:

Hello, thanks for your help.

When i understand u right, then i have no idea, what is to bring a higher volume, except that the audio problem is louder.

To your second recommendation. The CoreAudio Codec is installed, because I had installed Itunes - what you can see also from the log.

Code:
 output 'simple_stream' (rtmp_output) created

17:50:38.926: encoder 'simple_aac' (CoreAudio_AAC) created
17:50:38.926: output 'simple_file_output' (ffmpeg_muxer) created

Or understand i something wrong?

Thank u very much.
