Bug Report Audio device routing works only sometimes

Hey, I'm using the Asus Sonic Studio built in my motherboard to route my programms such like Discord or some games to my not connected Audio Output devices. This way I can catch those signals with the Audio Output Capture in my OBS Studio(23.2.1) so that I can route them there together to get multitrack recordings and I can adjust the Volume of each Source seperatly. My only problem is that when I start OBS too late(some other programm has started itself already) the Tracks in OBS set themself to default. The same happend if I restart OBS. The interesting part is that I can not set the Output devices later (there is only my default device shown). That meyns I have to restart my computer everytime I want to change something OR the Output devices are not initialising properly(like dirscribed above). What to do?
I have thought about stopping any selfstarting Programms but that would not be my preferred solution. Maybe someone knows a better solution.

This is just a function of Windows, unfortunately. I have to double-check default output device settings because sometimes on restart, WIndows just changes them. When WIndows changes the device configuration, the configurations change in OBS as well-- or, rather, they don't, meaning OBS is looking at the device that used to be your default device, but isn't anymore, or cannot see a device that it used to.

Make sure all your devices are set to not allow exclusivity, because if OBS is prevented from accessing an audio device that might cause you to lose your track assignations.
