Question / Help Audio Device Disappears on OBS Start

My Arctis Pro w/ GameDAC has an issue where the primary sound device disappears on OBS launch (also happens with SLOBS). I am on Windows 1903, Intel 9900K, Gigabyte Aorus Master Motherboard.

Here is a link to my log file:

I've tried updating drivers, switching devices around to free up USB resources (see attached image for current setup), reinstalling Windows, ect. Error always appears when Steelseries Engine is installed - I suspect it may have something to do with the DTX Headphone 2.0 update. If I unplug and replug the device it will show up and work properly, though I need to rechoose it in audio options (also tried audio output capture, same issue).

I have run out of all of my trouble shooting ideas, please let me know any suggestions you have that I can try.

Please note the device that disappears is called GameDAC "Speakers." The GameDAC Chat (which is part of Chatmix on this headset, basically used for chat applications) seems to work fine

Also I noticed that, while using my RTX encoder, if I don't use DirectX 12 for games I get really bad lag in stream only if I have OBS open on secondary display. I assume this is related to my secondary monitor being 60Hz and Primary 144Hz, but what is weird is this only crops up if game isn't using DX11. For example, if I switch The Division 2 or Battlefield V to their DX12 renderer I can leave OBS open on secondary display and have no issues. I'm assuming this is related to Windows Desktop Display Manager.
