Question / Help Audio desyncing over time

I started streaming a few weeks ago, and everything seems to be working pretty well, but I've noticed that over time, my audio will slowly begin to desync between my game picture and game sound (using Elgato HD60 Pro). I've made sure everything is at the same bitrate and whatnot.. Can't seem to figure out what is causing this. It isn't very noticeable for like an hour or two, but eventually it starts getting much more irritating. Restarting OBS tends to fix it, but I want to get this fixed!

Windows is out of date. You should update.

23:02:07.016: adding 149 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 149 milliseconds (source: Blue Yeti)

Increasing audio buffering is generally indicative of some sort of overload, either of CPU or of USB controller. Are your mic and your capture device plugged into ports that run on the same controller?

Updating my Windows now. Not sure how I missed that one. Haha.
My mic is USB and my Capture Device is an internal PCI card.. I could certainly try moving where my mic is plugged in, tho. Do you think that could help?

Yes, it could. Something is causing that mic to have increasing delay; if it's not a USB capture device it's something else.

But my experience on stream wasn't that the mic was delayed -- but rather than game audio/video were desyncing. The mic can cause that issue?

Sorry, misunderstood your question.

There's no indication in your log of a problem with the feed from your capture device. I would just suggest the usual-- delete the capture source and add it again, check that its drivers are up to date, that Windows is up to date, and see if there are resolutions where it doesn't happen-- say, try 1080p30 or 720p60 and see if it goes away or if it persists.
