Audio desync with Fresh installed win Dual PC

i have this desync problem even i formated both pc's (only discord installed)
i'v never had this kind of problem before, i tested hd60x and hd60s + i tested Beam plugin as well but that goes desync as well

win10 latest updates tested win 11 as well but still same thing

Tested with slobs as well, no difference, i have no clue how to fix this i think its time to buy whole new pc

if i dublicate hd60x and main monitor everything is fine, but if i obs on both pc's then it will desync

okay found a reason, for some reason my "hz" was 240 on advanced disaplay settings, i turned that to 60 and its working now.
