Question / Help Audio Desync Over Time

Hello, I am having trouble with my game audio desyncing overtime while I am streaming. The audio seems to be behind the game display, I have tried messing with the sync offset feature in obs advanced tab and have found no solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

it seems to be an obs bug, there has been multiple threads on other forums talking about said bug, it seems obs likes to offset desktop audio by 27ms every 10-15 mins, no fix is available right now, but hopefully something can come soon, there is an apparent working beta plugin for obs to fix the issue but ive found it isnt working on the current version.
