This could possibly be a bug report... if it is not something that I can correct.
Often times during streams, my audio will desync from the displayed video over time, often as much as 5 minutes of desync. This tends to happen over time during my streams, and it is a problem that arised recently with original OBS. I switched to the new Multiplatform version in hopes it would be improved, but recently the problem was reported on one of my streams again.
Here are my computer specs:
Model: Laptop, HP ProBook 450 G1
Processor: Intel Core i5, 2.50 GHz
Graphics: Switchable graphics, integrated and AMD Radeon 8750M dedicated
Memory: 8.00 GB
And here are my encoding settings:

Audio: http://i.imgur.com/C98Wom3.png
I have also attached the 3 logs from the day I last streamed (and the day the problem was reported by one of my viewers).
Any help would be appreciated.
