I have a Capture card AverMedia Game Broadcaster HD - C127 which can input stream via HDMI 1080p@60fps but can capture only 1080p@30fps.
I am using HDMI splitter to my TV and Capture card (stripping HDCP)
On my PS3 a game Gran Turismo 5 is running at 1080p@59.94 fps so my capture card have no problem picking it up but the audio is cca 3 second delayed.
I assume this "feature" is happening because my game is running at 1080p@60fps, my capture card picking that up at 1080p@30fps and thats why my audio is delayed so much (by cca 3 sec). I may be wrong.
I can set up OBS to output 30 fps, 60 fps anything but the audio is still delayed and not in sync with video.
In Uncharted: Drake's Fortune if I set the resolution to 720p (which my PS3 outputting the game at) and 60fps or 30 fps at video output to canvas then the audio is perfectly in sync and no delay occurs.
My question is:
Can I set up my OBS somehow to be my audio in sync with video at 1080p@60fps even if my capture card can capture max 1080p@30fps ???
