Question / Help Audio Delay While using Game Capture?Window Capture

I've been having an issue for close to a month now where when using game capture.I'll be playing a game on my PC the audio will then begin to un sync itself throughout the stream almost 5 seconds but to the point where its random to where I can't make a audio sync to correct it. My CPU is not being taxed and is at tops about 6-8%. More recently however it is now doing it for window capture and for all desktop audio. ( singing along with songs and some alerts, again its very random when the desync happens). When I use my El Gato the desynce is gone but when I try to use the El Gato delay for the game capture the desync still happens.

I've uninstalled OBS and deleted everything attached to it several times and have rebuilt my scenes every time to be the bare minimum.) I am to the point where this is affect the quality of my stream and people are complaining. I have a recorded MP4 of when it first started happening.

This happens from everything from games like Fallout 4 to Dream daddy (graphics heavy to not graphics heavy) my microphone is never desynced from my webcam and I use a external microphone so I know that the issue lies with Desktop audio and the game capture/window capture

The most that has been happening is the dropping of frames, if you someone can help with that too than awesome haha

I'm currently having a similar issue where the game audio is lagging behind the game video by about 5 seconds. Not sure what would cause this :/

Currently have tried with Display/Window/Game capture for video, along with using Audio Output for my games. Can anybody help us?
