Question / Help Audio Delay While Streaming (TwitchTV)

I've noticed that in the past couple streams that I've had viewers tell me there is a delay from what they see then when they hear it. For example... While playing Fallout 4 I'd shoot my pistol and you would see that I shot it then after you would hear the shot. I'm not sure how to fix this problem since I'm broadcasting right into OBS with nothing like an Elgato or anything.
