Hello,
I am streaming from a Diamond VC500 capture card. Whenever I hit "Start Recording," the audio settings on that source defaults to "disabled" and the stream loses the audio from it (even when it was previously working in preview mode). In order to get the audio working again, I have to open EZ Grabber (the recording software that came with the capture card). When I do this, it switches automatically back to "use device audio" and the audio starts working fine again.
Additionally, if I press "refresh" under the source properties, it defaults back to "disabled" for the audio settings.
Anyone with thoughts on what is happening here?
Thanks.
