audio cutting in and out in my recordings

I've started having a number of different issues with my recordings recently, but have resolved many of them except for this one. while recording, my audio will go in and out every half a second. i would like to know what the problem is and how to fix it. i've provided the logs from the past couple of days. these are the settings i use Capture.PNG

also here is a video link for the footage if needed. https://youtu.be/LRARa3hesEs the video itself was a bit laggy even though the frame rate on the video never changed from 60 while recording, but it temporarily resolved that so that is an issue for another day
