Audio cuts out

I've been using OBS to stream to Facebook since March. In May starting using it to connect to Castr.io and Castr.io to FB & YouTube.

Lately - as soon as I connect to either Castr.io or just straight to FB the audio dies. This happened repeatedly today. I'm at a loss to figure out why. Any ideas folks?

I can think of 2 possible causes:

1. Your audio bitrate may have issues with FB. You can check out their recommended bitrate https://www.facebook.com/help/1534561009906955

2. It could be FB new policy to take down copyright audio

But since you mentioned you were streaming through Castr, have you tried troubleshooting with their support team?

First thing to check is the upload speed.

Only use Google Speed Test. Check your upload speed and post here as well what resolution and frame rate you wNt to stream.

Thank you! I had the same issue with using Castr (and not using Castr) so I took them out of the equation. Let me check on the bitrate. Appreciate your suggestions!

Folks - any other ideas on this? I tried what was mentioned above - no help sadly. This just starting happening in the past month or so.
