Hello,
When we record a presentation that involves switching between the camera and PowerPoint slides, as soon as we switch to the slides, the audio for the recording fades and cuts out. Then the audio returns when we switch back to the camera.
How do we fix this? I'm guessing there is a setting we must have accidentally clicked.
