Audio cuts out intermittently

Whenever I have tried to record on OBS studio or even SLOBS, my audio intermittently cuts out. I have tried a fresh restart of OBS on new settings, testing different audio sources, as well as changing my encoding settings. The video portion itself turns out fine. However any audio, even my microphone, will cut out for a fraction of a second and then resume, on and off for the entire length of the recording.

I have attached a log file link below of a recording from my fresh OBS install:

Here is a log file of my settings before reinstalling OBS:

Thank you for your time and I hope I can find a solution soon.

Audio dropout can be caused by normally two things

Mismatch in your OBS Audio Format (44khz/48khz)
to the Audio Format of your devices in Windows

OR
You could potentially be having DPC latency spikes in one of your drivers.
See this thread for information (similar issues to yours)

I actually fixed it myself tonight. I just reinstalled my realtek audio drivers from the realtek website and it fixed itself. Was definitely a driver issue because it was happening in OBS, SLOBS, and even NVIDIA shadowplay. Thank you for the response.

So I’m having intermittent audio cut off…

I have tried almost everything I can think of.

I connect a Xenyx1222usb to my computer and run all my microphone and sound from there. The only driver available that I’ve been able to find is a generic “usb codec”. I downloaded AISO4ALL and tried to change buffer sizes with absolutely no luck. I’ve checked to make sure my sample rates all match at 48khz, that the advanced properties on the sound cards aren’t set to exclusive mode, and I keep having this issue. I’ve looked for similar forums of my issues and just can’t seem to find anything that has worked.

If ANYONE can help, PLEASE HELP!!!
