Question / Help Audio Cuts Out After 2-3 minutes??

Hi,
I am asking for help because as I begin to record online videos of a game called Mission Chief, OBS records the desktop sounds fine but after about 2-3 minutes the Mic/Auxilary Audio automatically cuts out and it does not record my voice. For this reason I cannot record videos, and a YouTuber Hibblejaybob uses the same software and doesn't have problems.
