Question / Help Audio Cut Out Issue

Hey guys, I am a full time streamer and currently embarking on a dual stream PC setup, I have everything sorted and working well however I have one issue. Intermittently the audio, all of the audio, stream PC and game PC will cut completely out. I am using OBS Multi Platform now however this issue also happened with the regular (older) OBS. My setup is as follows:

Game PC HDMI out to Stream PC (AverMedia C985 Internal).

I checked the log files to try and find a fix and saw the following:

22:21:48.683: Audio line 'Desktop Audio' audio data currently getting cut off. This could be due to a negative sync offset that's larger than the current audio buffering time.
22:21:48.686: source 'Recent Subs' (browser_source) created
22:21:48.686: source 'fdfdfdf' (window_capture) created
22:21:48.707: Audio line 'Mic/Aux' audio data currently getting cut off. This could be due to a negative sync offset that's larger than the current audio buffering time.
22:21:48.707: Audio line 'Desktop Audio' audio data no longer getting cut off.

I assume this is the problem but am not sure how to fix it, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Log file attached :)

I think that's a symptom of the problem rather than the problem itself, actually. I'm no expert, but after the audio supposedly stops having issues…
Code:
using video device audio: yes
22:21:48.739: sample rate: 0
22:21:48.739: channels: 0
What exactly gives, I haven't a clue. It could just be that something needs to be replaced. When I'm not on a phone, I'll take a better look.
Also, side note: you're recording at 60fps while your cap card is capping at 30fps. Change one of those (not sure if you can change the cap card rate) to match the other so you aren't wasting resources.

Thanks so much Dss! Yea I forgot to change that haha. At this point when I launch OBS there is a continual popping sound every 10-20 seconds in my left ear on my headset. The audio cut out only happened once out of my last session which was around 5 hours. The popping sound is only when OBS is running, I removed webcam, and different scenes to see if that was the issue but it wasn't. I also moved USB devices around, it only seems to pop when OBS is running no other time, not sure what it is but I assume it is related to the other issue. Thanks again for your time!
