Audio cracks when using OBS or other streaming software

Lately I've been experiencing audio cracking whenever I have OBS or any other streaming software open. I've tried checking audio settings to make sure everything matches. there doesn't seem to be an issue with CPU usage. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. i've included my latest log where the audio cracking occurred.

I'm having the same issue. I made sure to update Windows to see if it's the culprit, but no changes. I went and optimized all of the systems possible to make sure nothing is causing any issues, but no results either. I followed the recommendations with the logs, but it did not resolve the issue either.


I'm trying to identify if it's other software interference or a hardware issue.

I do have a question for you. Are you using Elgato Wave for your Audio or Voicemod, or both? Cause I'm just trying to assess everything before I explore hardware.

The crackling affects all of my browser audio, game audio, and even had discord crackle which even my friends on call can hear it. This is leading me to believe it's a hardware issue, but it ONLY happens when I turn on OBS.

Also having this issue! I use Wave Link with the Wave 1. I've been emailing with Elgato around it for about 2ish weeks but so far no good so i came looking here. Glad to see I'm not alone but frustrated there's no solution found. Bump

try removing your "iphone cam" source from all of your scenes.
