Audio crackling when streaming using Dell Inspiron 5593

Hi there

I am hoping someone would be able to assist with a nagging problem I have been experiencing. When streaming using my Dell I experience an intermittent crackling noise with the audio. When I switch over and connect to my Lenovo Ideapad there is no such crackle and the stream is perfect. What could be the possible cause of this and can anyone assist in resolving this problem with the Dell. I am using an external epiphan video capture card connected via the USB 3.0 port.

Does your Dell use "wavesmaxxaudio" with a Realtek audio device driver?
My dell did, and the wavesmaxx bloatware was causing a lot of issues. So, I disabled it. And resolved my issues.
Can't say this will work with you, but worth checking.
