Question / Help Audio crackling/popping in desktop audio while streaming/recording

Hey there, every time i stream I notice there is occasional audio crackling and popping when i go back to watch the VOD.

This usually only happens at the occasional loud sound, rarely though while it's semi quiet

My specs are
GTX 970
FX8350
8 gigs RAM
