Audio crackles

I'm getting some crackling on the audio when I record. I played with what USB port the mic is on and updated my chipset drivers (new PC built over the weekend), and that reduced how often it happens but did not fix it.

I had great audio quality using the same mic on my laptop, (JLabs Pro), and I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.

Update: Audio is fine in Audacity, so it's for sure an OBS-related issue.

Same issues with OBS tested with multiple mics and settings, and even multiple OBS versions but the issue persists. Just made a post about it maybe some of the solutions others suggested for me will help? https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...obs-unusable-with-higher-quality-mics.132022/
