Bug Report Audio constantly cutting out

I've had this issue for a while, and I'm not seeing anyone ever post about it, so I'm under the impression that it might only be me.

I run my audio through Soundflower, and the audio occassionally cuts out completely, forcing me to switch speakers (Soundflower to Headset, and then back again) just to fix the problem

This happens as frequently, every 10 - 15 minutes on average

Any idea what the problem could be?

Where can I find the log file?
