Question / Help Audio Coming Through Desktop Audio and Desktop Audio 2

I'm not sure why this is a problem now. Usually, the game is my Desktop Audio, Spotify is my Desktop Audio 2 and my Mic/Aux is my voice (this track is fine). Now, no matter what, all of my Audio is in both Desktop Audio and Desktop Audio 2. Game audio is doubled, Spotify is doubled.

According to your log you have the same Desktop audio device selected twice:
