Audio Choppy

I'm trying to record a vidoe from VHS and my audio is choppy. I don't know if it's a setting or a problem with the capure hardware. it's a Digitnow BR117 device. https://obsproject.com/logs/k-WwdeBdv4Htr5IS

Using OBS to record video from a capture card is kind of like using a 32-port network switch as an Ethernet coupler. Try just using QuickTime Player and see if that works better. If so, it's a setting. If not, it's the capture hardware.
