Hallo Guys
I have a problem on a clients computer with OBS. It is a Mac book air early 2014, 1.4 GHz i5 and 4 GB RAM. We are on the latest OSX and latest updates, and the latest release of OBS. We are using the Blackmagic US Mini Recorder on HDMI, also latest software.
We try to go live on Facebook, but the audio is chopped during the broadcast. We have tried both with the build in camera mic and external mic. The video seems fine enough. I have tried a resolution very low to see if that would be the problem, but even at the lowest setting, the audio is bad.
My question is now: is the computer too slow to handle it, or is there a setting(s) I could try to make it better?
Thanks.
