Audio capture issue

I can successfully capture the video. However no audio makes it into the app no matter how I set things, it's driving me crazy! I connect the device to the desktop computer with a USB cable. Strange thing is... the MobiMike device says USB3 on it, but the description in Amazon says it's USB2. I am using a USB3 compatible cable and connecting it to a USB2 port as I have no USB3 ports.

You need to contact the support of the hardware you're using. Or Amazon support.
If no support is offered, it will be better to return it and look for one that do have support.

Perhaps I will try to find a different HDMI capturing device, maybe someone in the forum could suggest one. The crazy thing is... 2 years ago, using the same windows 10 computer and the same device and the same OBS.... it worked fine.
