Question / Help Audio can not be synchronized

Please help
I use a camera through Intensity Shutlle Blackmagic, And Audio conecct by mic port in my pc.
I can not sync audio and video.

In the preview monitor the audio and video are synchronized. But When emitting or recording the result is that the audio is out of sync

Please Help...
