audio bugging on stream and for a few seconds and then going back to normal. also very bassy game volume?

not sure whats going on here, i tried sorting it on stream and couldnt figure it out. temps and % were fine but would still happen every so often. wondering what the issue could be? the bass could be game related but im not too sure, any ideas? thanks. audio bugged stream clip for example
