Question / Help Audio buffering whilst OBS open

I try and record footage and I am getting audio buffering and frame drops

You may try CRF rate control (~23-25) for recording instead of CBR setting or use AMD VCE.

I mean encoder that you already tried (it has lowest impact on your CPU) - AMD Video Coding Engine (its Media Foundation implementation) - abbreviation is AMD VCE.

I've already tried AMD VCE, Still getting the buffering on my audio.

What do you mean by "buffering on my audio", have you example where it "buffering"? Because I can understand this in two ways:

1. you watching you stream back and see "buffering..." message
2. you have audio delay (desync) because audio is buffered somewhere
