Question / Help Audio Bitrate issue

(Still looking for help... issue is NOT resolved. Eventual File-Audio bitrate doesn't match the original OBS settings, causing desync issues when editing...)

A few weeks ago my SSD got corrupt, causing me to lose all my editing and recording data. I've re-installed OBS Studio, and tinkered around with the settings to get as close as possible to my old video quality, but.... I've run into a very strange issue...

In the settings, I use 2 audio tracks (one for the game audio and a second one for my microphone), and both tracks have been set to 160kbps. However.... after I finish recording and check the file details, I'm not getting 160kbps. Infact.... I'm getting rates I can't explain, cause they are nowhere near my settings...in 1 recording the audio bitrate is 256kbps, while in the next recording it is 262kbps, and meanwhile recording number 3 has a bitrate of 251kbps while recording number 4 has a bitrate of 186kbps.

I have no clue what is causing this, cause... before the SSD crash, I had set my recordings to 256kbps, and they ALWAYS were 256kbps. Never something different, which is why I'm not understanding what is currently happening.

Some extra info:
- I record in OBS Studio with an Audio Bitrate of 160 on all used tracks.
- The samplerate I use is the same in every location (48khz)
- In the 'record' tab of the 'output menu', I encode with NVENC H.264, using Rate Control CQP 22, though I don't think this has anything to do with the audio.. only the video aspect.
- I didn't install any other codec that might mess up OBS Studio. I'm running it the exact same way I did before.

I've begun to notice these weird bitrate differences as I was editing my videos. I often record some extra voice-lines, which are animated by a character of mine. He pops in at the middle of a video to give feedback or make a joke. All his expressions are static images which I try to match to the exact moment I'm saying something. (The moment I start with a new sentence, for example, he changes expression) As I edited the video in Movie Studio 13 Platinum, I noticed that the rendered product had a tiny audio de-sync of less than a second.... No longer would my character change his expression at the exact moment I had edited. (In the timeline of Movie Studio, everything was okay, but not in the final rendered video.) At the moment I'm unsure if this is caused by the audio bitrate differences (one track having 262kbps while the second one in the same video has 186kbps), with one track perhaps going 'faster' than the other, thus causing the de-sync... or if it has to do with something else, but... I'm mostly trying to figure out why the OBS Studio settings don't match with the eventual recorded video.

Is anyone familiar with this issue?

Edit for Logfile clarity:

This is the 'logfile' I got from my last recording session (Which is supposed to be a 193kbps one). This was only my voice, and no game audio being played.

This is the logfile of a quick gameplay recording of about 2 minutes with game audio and me talking. The eventual file had an audio bitrate of 512kbps. https://gist.github.com/7a765f5330a4880289b376ea89decc4d

Both recordings have been done with the audio tracks being set to 256kbps, but both just don't match the original settings...

Still got the issue of audio bitrates not matching to what I've actually set them.... so that is still a weird thing which I'm looking answers for...

In regards to the slight audio de-sync, I might have found the issue. One track had 'Desktop audio timestamps' checked, while the other didn't. By unchecking it, it appears the de-sync is gone, but I'm not 100% sure. (90% sure it's entirely gone now)

So yea... anyone got any clue in regards to the non-matching audio bitrates?

Update 2:
Just edited a 45 minute episode of something, and the audio de-sync issue is still there. (unchecking 'Desktop audio timestamps' didn't work in the end I guess)
The issue doesn't seem to be present in the beginning of the video, but as the video progresses, the delay becomes noticable and bigger (Still under a second of delay)

This all leads me to believe that the issue indeed lies with the different audio bitrates. In this case the main gameplay video+ commentary has an audio bitrate of 450kbps, while the second recorded audio track has an audio bitrate of 193kbps. Again... both have been recorded with the exact same settings.

Does anyone got ANY clue as to what is going on here?

Update 3:

Did a quick gameplay recording of about 2 minutes, in order to get another 'logfile' for you guys. https://gist.github.com/7a765f5330a4880289b376ea89decc4d

I added a new scene named 'Isaac Test' for the game I was going to record. The eventual file has an audio bitrate of 512kbps when 'right-clicked' on to check the properties.

I don't know what other information I can give anymore... I can't find any similar problems on google cause every problem is talking about video bitrate.
Does ANYONE know what issue I'm dealing with here, and how I can fix it?
