Question / Help Audio and Webcam Video out of sync (5seconds?)

Okay, now I do have a question. I cannot seem to figure out how to get my audio to match the video. There seems to be a 5 second delay between when I speak and the moment my lips are moving. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So the audio comes first and the video of your webcam is delayed?
You should definitely upload a log file of a stream test (using upload current log after you stopped streaming and noticed the delay). And maybe you can tell us what kind of webcam or camera it is and how its connected to your pc.
