Audio and Video out of sync

Hi, I was hoping someone could help me fix my streaming issue. Whenever I livestream my audio and video will at some point become out of sync. Sometimes it starts that way before I even start my stream, appearing out of sync in my preview. I can try to match the audio to the video by toying with the syncing feature in the advanced properties, but this is never a consistent fix. It will maybe temporarily align my video and audio before eventually becoming out of sync again. And the numbers I must input to align the two change all the time. I have included my log files. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer in resolving this issue. Thank you.
