My apologies if I use bad terminology, I am a total video encoding noob. I have several issues I am looking at. 1. the audio and video are not synced, there is about a 6 to 10 second delay between them. 2. When I move the camera there is about a 3 - 5 second delay before OBS catches up with the camera. I did look at the High CPU guide in the forums already but I am not having high CPU usage, it seems to stay around 30%. I am streaming and recording at the same time. My Camera is Sony HDV 1080i MiniDV, and Video mixer is Roland V-4EX and Encoding with OBS 22.0.2. Most of the settings are per the streaming service. Other than that I think the rest are defaults. I have OBS set to: Output streaming encoder x264, bitrate 2500, keyframe interval = 2, recording .flv, base canvas resolution 1920x1080 (I think this is what the camera outputs by default), output scaled resolution 1280x720 (I think this is what the streaming service wants), downscale filter is bicubic, fps is 30. The PC Im using is an i3 CPU, 16 GB ram, Windows 8.1 64bit, Hauppauge Colosus 2 capture card using HDMI port. It has a second hard drive that is SSD drive to save the video to. Any suggestions would be great.
