Question / Help audio and video dont sync up all the time

frustratingly my last post seems to have been deleted?
I am struggling to get my audio to sync up with my video stream, it goes out of sync with my mouth, i cannot find a suitable answer on the forum, everything on my laptop is standard with no changes made i use realtek inbuilt microphone.
is this classed as "lag" as i just record, i dont stream live.

any common reasons for this?

unfortunatrely i cant post a log file as its over 5mb and it wont let me post it

If your current logfile is too large, run a short test session (complete output-- started and stopped) and upload that.

If a short log is that large that indicates something else is going on.

thank you i will do so - the audio and video is in sync for a few minutes and then it just starts to delay! i shall make a test one and re-add that log file to this thread
