Question / Help Audio and Image issues

HI. I've set up OBS on my Mac but I have two problems. I can't set the Desktop Audio to Default because it only has a Disabled option. I'm also getting a split image of the (VHS) video input i.e. it's displaying the bottom half of the image on the top and vice versa. Can anyone help me with these two problems?
