Audio add via sources get disabled when opening OBS

I recently started streaming and recording videos I went to record a few hours ago and my audio added with the sources tab where not there. (Screen shots)

FIXED: I put all the audio outputs in 1 scene and hit "scene" in sources on my main scene and it added all audio souces.
