"Attempting to load video stream" - OBS cannot load video from Cam Link

Hi there,

Question for elgato cam link users...

'i'm trying to use my sony a6000 to make music livestreams with OBS. That's why I recently bought Elgato cam link, and installed the Cam Link 4k software.

I don't have any problem connecting the sony a6000 to the Camlink 4k software. But I cannot connect Cam Link 4K into OBS: in OBS, once I added a new video device to do my capture, I found Cam Link 4K among the different cameras, but once I select it the video keeps on loading with this message : "Attempting to load video stream". And I have a black screen (see attached).

Have you ever had this kind of issue with OBS and elgato cam link ? Is there something I'm doing wrong with OBS in this process ?

Change the Resolution/FPS Type from Device Default to whatever your Sony A6000 is.
