The game VTMB(Vampire the Masquerade- Bloodlines) a game that is now 12 years old, the PC specs is low end (store bought 'office' laptop for a sale) which are included in log.

Here's the log: https://gist.github.com/8cada1df842ba8b228a9aeee63289125

Now anyone got any suggestions that isn't buying a new laptop/desktop entirely? Am I set up wrong in some ways even for this set up? If it's a bust that's fine just want to make sure I can't do anything before officially throwing in the towel and waiting to save up for it

You could try changing your CPU preset to ultrafast. However, since encoding is very CPU-intensive, there isn't much hope.
Thank you, I'll take it under advisement. Better than just No. welp fingers crossed

Edit after following advice:

Okay so there's good news,It is overall better, the frames aren't dropping as hard in the recorded video.
But bad news: It seems to be actually now affecting the gameplay in a way that makes it chug and stutter in game, and that chug and stutter is showing up on video.

So 1 step forward but two steps back. Guess I'm saving for a new Laptop that's a "mid range" by modern standards(not really a stickler on graphics or anything.).
