Hallo OBS world, my first post and I'm already going nuts..
My setup is:
MacBook Pro i7 16Gb Catalina - Lumix G80 - Lumix - G7 - Iphone 11 with GEABON HDMI adapter -2 BOYA Lav mics - 2nd Monitor - and ATEM MINI

I had to go live streaming with a home talk show (should..)
Few minutes before going live my dear ATEM MINI drop the video! No more video input.
Restart A.M. and his software, restart OBS, try to create another "Video Capture Device".. NOTHING (the audience is waiting)
I try to change OS (I have a Mojave installation) and I have the video! But video-audio out of sync.
I change the audio delay but nothing. Seams that the offset changes!!
Finally I and up doing all show with the iPhone :-(

Have you experienced the same video drop and variable audio offset?
