ATEM Mini Pro output Preview cut off at the top

After the latest download version of OBS I started getting a recording image from my ATEM Mini Pro. The output from the ATEM Mini looks fine on my monitors so it is something to do with the setup / interpretation of the incoming signal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I had to reinstall the ATEM software and reset all my USB ports to get it to work correctly. Good ole' Microsoft updates. Always good for 2 hours of post update repairs.

Can I ask something? I use OBS just for the fullscreen preview and chromakey effects, and it stutters horribly. Would an Atem mini be the answer for someone who isn't streaming or gaming, and just wants a reliable chromakey output for use with a camera? The other idea is to upgrade my RX580 GPU, but I'd rather get a new GPU than an Atem that has limited use. Thanks a lot.
