Dear OBS Support,

I need your support to set up obs setting. Currently after tried different settings from forums, i still couldn't find the right settings for my laptops. I use obs for recording using my webcams. I thought I already had a minimum requirement specs for my laptop but it still lags and fail to record smoothly with 60fps.

Switch your encoder to x264 and reduce your over-estimated settings like CBR with 60000kbps. Start with moderate settings until it generally works, then rise them slowly until you see issues arising. Step back then a bit. Care for your expectations.
Your cpu is a modern one, but only 4 cores. For general streaming expectations it should work anyway.
