Assassin's Creed Syndicate recording lags

Pretty much that, I'm working on a video and I need some Syndicate footage. But the video file is very laggy, the game however runs no problem while recording. However, I can see it sttuter on the OBS screen. I have tried using both x264 and AMD H.264 but both lag. I will clean my PC to see if anything changes but I doubt is that.

Ryzen 5 2600
x2 8gb ddr4 3200mhz
RX 580 8GB GDDR5
WD 1TB 7400rpm HDD
XFX XT600 600W 80+Bronze
