The title is the best description I could come up with for an effect I've seen on processed cell phone video on YouTube, I've not heard the actual name for this effect. Basically, the narrower video is supplemented on the sides by an out of focus, blown up copy of the sides of the actual video content, to eliminate the black bars for a much less visually displeasing effect.
Is there a filter for the OBS re-write yet that does this?
