Question / Help Asking for assistance on setups for my streaming 720p on twitch

AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
8 GB

I'm trying everything with them setups and having 100 mb/s up and down. And it's still lag sometimes when I stream and it's annoy me so freaking much haha. So hope someone here can help me since youtube can't.

custom buffer size: unchecked
cpu preset veryfast
profile main
custom x264 settings (none)

video tab
base res (your monitors resolution)
output res 1280x720
filter lanczos
fps 30

if you are getting lag then change your cpu preset from veryfast to superfast or even ultrafast. You can also stream to 480p which should also help eliminate lag.
