Question / Help Artifacts when downscaling input. - 4k brio

I am experiencing a high moiré effect when I downscale from 4k to 480p or 720p. How can I use the big image without this effect?

I already tried to apply some filters on the source (4k Brio web cam) and on the OBS configs... What can I do to avoid this problem?

I only stream on 720p60, so I don't know about this issue too well. I would suggest you set your base resolution to something else, instead of just setting your downscaled output resolution. If you have your base resolution set to something similar and it still does it, try increasing your bitrate. What do you have your bitrate set as now? I know when I was playing Rocket League at a bitrate that was too low, I had a very similar effect.

I will try your solution. I just realized that part of the moiré was only on the laptop screen. When displaying in a 1080p screen the moiré is lighter. I`ll also test some filters.
